To report emergencies such as water main breaks or major leaks, call (254) 865-6089 during business hours. After hours Emergency, please call (254) 865-6089 and follow the office's message prompts and your call will be routed to a CCWSD Field Service Technician. Please do not report emergencies via e-mail because the e-mails are not constantly monitored after hours.
